At Bottarga Restaurant, our menu is inspired by southern Mediterranean cuisine. Our chefs make every element of our Italian and Mediterranean dishes by hand.

We specialise in fresh pasta and hand-stretched Neapolitan pizza which are crafted by hand from the finest and freshest ingredients. From our signature Spanner Crab Spagatini with White Miso Butter and Bottarga, to our Arancini Balls made Carbonara Pasta, our dishes are sure to satisfy.

Our selection of Italian, French, and Australian wines have been thoughtfully curated to complement our lunch and dinner menus, and our cocktail selection is ideal for enjoying alongside our share plates.
